1. Delivery and Payment Terms:

Delivery will be made upon receipt of payment, either based on an invoice or via cash on delivery. We ship via German postal service, DPD or private shipping agents. You will only be charged the actual postage and package fees. Delivery is the sole risk of the buyer. Delivered goods will remain the property of Loom Manufactory Rudi Künzl until they have been fully paid.

Upon receipt, please check each delivered shipment for transport damage immediately and, if applicable, notify the responsible shipping agency. Please do not return any goods without our consent. Shipments that are returned without our prior written consent will not be accepted. If you should decide to cancel your purchase after you have received the goods, we will charge 15% of the goods' purchase price as well as the actual delivery costs.

2. Changes of Prices and Construction Details

We reserve the right to change prices and construction details of the goods offered by us. As long as these changed construction details do not impair the respective item's intended functionality, such changes will not be announced explicitly. We will not be held liable for the correctness and up-to-dateness of the prices on this website or in our printed catalogue, since they may contain typos. In case of doubt, please ask us for confirmation of prices.

3. Place of Fulfillment and Jurisdiction

Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Walsrode.
